Information we may collect

We may collect your name, contact details, course interest, enquiry history, enrolment and payment status, attendance information, and documents you choose to provide for course administration.

How we use it

We use information to answer enquiries, confirm places, process or reconcile payments, deliver the course, issue course documents, handle refunds or transfers, and comply with applicable obligations.

GSF applications

Applicants submit their own GSF application through the official process. Do not send identity documents or banking information in an initial WhatsApp message. If course documents are required, confirm the purpose and delivery method with the course team.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with Easy Solution (HK) Limited for enrolment and payment administration, and with Stripe for payment processing, subject to appropriate controls. We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for these purposes and legal obligations.

Public discussion comments

Peak M&S Education Centre, a trading name of ESG Peak Limited, is responsible for the ESG updates discussion. You may voluntarily provide a display name, comment or reply without an account or email address. We record its topic and submission time. After moderation, your display name and comment are visible to all visitors. Please do not post anyone else’s contact details or private information. To limit spam and repeated submissions, our comments system uses a non-public, keyed digest calculated from your IP address. It is not displayed with comments. We retain discussion data only as long as reasonably needed for publication, moderation, abuse prevention and applicable obligations. For access, correction or removal, email info@esg-peak.com.
