October 2026 enrolment terms
These terms explain when a place is confirmed, how the early-bird deadline works, what GSF does not guarantee, and the refund and transfer position.
1. Course and fees
The course is ESG Sustainable Solutions 4.0 on 24–25 October 2026, 11:00–18:00 HKT, at Room 533B, 5/F, Star House, 3 Salisbury Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon. The regular fee is HK$12,000. The HK$10,000 early-bird fee applies only when full payment is received before 11:00 HKT on 10 October 2026. Places are limited.
2. Payment and confirmation
Card payment is processed securely by Stripe. Stripe displays Easy Solution (HK) Limited as the payment recipient; Easy Solution receives payment as a course partner of ESG Peak Limited. Peak M&S Education Centre says it issues the provider fee receipt after payment. An enquiry or payment attempt does not confirm a seat. Enrolment is confirmed after cleared payment and written confirmation. If the intake is already full when payment is processed, the payer may choose a full refund or transfer.
3. GSF reimbursement
The programme is listed under the Pilot GSF Capacity Building Support Scheme as GTP-692242. GSF is a separate application after completion, not an upfront discount. Applicants are responsible for checking eligibility and submitting their own application. Peak M&S may provide course documents and general guidance, but does not control approval or reimbursement. If the entire paid fee is reimbursable at 80% and the application is approved, illustrative reimbursements would be HK$8,000 on the HK$10,000 early-bird fee or HK$9,600 on the HK$12,000 regular fee. The full fee is payable first; HK$2,000 and HK$2,400 would be illustrative costs after reimbursement, not checkout prices. Actual reimbursement may be lower because of eligible-fee scope, remaining allowance or other financial assistance, and is not guaranteed.
4. Cancellation by the participant
- More than 7 calendar days before the course starts: full refund of course fees paid.
- Within 7 calendar days of the course start: one free transfer to an available future intake; any refund is discretionary.
- Non-attendance after the course starts is not refundable, except where required by law.
5. Cancellation or rescheduling by Peak M&S
If Peak M&S cancels the intake, the participant may choose a full refund of course fees paid or a free transfer. If rescheduled, the participant may choose the new date or request a full refund. Peak M&S is not responsible for incidental travel, accommodation or other costs.
6. Certificate and outcomes
A Certificate of Completion requires attendance at least 3 of the 4 course sessions, including the final session, and a pass in the homework and test. The pass mark, retake policy and certificate issue timeframe have not been published; ask the course team before paying. It is not a guarantee of employment, salary, professional registration, CPD acceptance or GSF reimbursement. The course is not Law Society or SFC CPD-accredited.
7. Community discussion

We may decline or remove spam, abuse, off-topic posts, private information or other unsuitable content. Comments express their authors’ views and are not course guidance from Peak M&S.
